Farrar Constructions was formed by Chris Farrar in 1989. He first began small renovations and extensions, and the business grew from there, moving into the build and construction of new homes and larger additions, alterations and developments.

Chris has always seen Farrar Constructions as a boutique building company, focusing on quality, authenticity and customer service, rather than high turnover. At Farrar Constructions we believe that every customer deserves the same amount of attention and service from their builder. That’s why we try to limit how many projects we have running at any one time. This way we can guarantee to give your project our full attention and make the journey through the building process, an enjoyable experience for our clients. Many of Chris’ clients are repeat customers, a true indication of being happy “the first time around”.

Chris is a carpenter & joiner by trade, who knows and understands the building industry extremely well as he has been involved in it for 40 years, completing his builder’s registration 26 years ago.

Chris’ breadth of experience extends from sensitively renovating workers’ cottages as typically found in Victoria Park, to more elaborate period-style homes in Fremantle, to architect designed homes in Yallingup.

Chris and his team of highly skilled tradesmen have a goal of achieving high quality workmanship combined with attention to detail. He is the type of builder you can trust to guide you through the building process and make it an enjoyable experience through to completion.
