Farrar Constructions came recommended to us by a friend of ours that had done Electrical work for Chris on several projects.

Chris came to see us one evening and walked us through the process of having a second storey addition built on our existing 1980’s home.

He was very clear on how the process would work and assured us that we would be able to continue living there while the build was in progress.

Chris organised a designer – draftsman to visit our home and come up with a floor plan and elevations that would suit our life styles and fit in with the existing house.

The end result fitted beautifully and the house looks like it always was a double storey home. 

We added a master bedroom and ensuite, a walk in robe, a beautiful timber and steel open tread staircase, a spacious upstairs living area and a balcony with an outdoor kitchen.

We were very impressed with the quality and standard of workmanship. Chris and his team always went that extra bit to make things safe and water tight as the house was under construction.

The end result was to finish up having an impressive looking second storey addition with amazing views over Lake Joondalup.

My wife and I bought an old 1920’s weatherboard cottage in Palmyra which needed some serious renovating.

We engaged an Architect and he drew up the plans that would make our little cottage much more liveable and highlight its character features.
